Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Bedrock service. By installing the Bedrock GitHub App or signing in to app.bedrock.dev you agree to them.

Last updated April 2026

The service

Bedrock provides automated review of database-migration pull requests. We produce risk reports, rollout plans, backfill scripts, and PR comments. We do not execute migrations against your production database without an explicit, written instruction from you (Backfill Orchestrator add-on only).

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not warrant that every migration we approve is incident-free. You remain responsible for testing changes against your production data shape before rollout.

Your data, your code

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your code and your data. We hold a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We will never sell, sublicense, or share your code or schema with any third party except subprocessors named in the published list.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Bedrock to evaluate schemas you don’t have authorization to review. Don’t scrape the dashboard. Don’t reverse-engineer the analyzer for the purpose of building a competitor.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in clear violation, with 7 days’ written notice and an opportunity to cure.

Fees and refunds

Team plan is billed monthly in arrears against actual seat count (active developers in the last 30 days). Annual contracts are billed up front with a 30-day full refund window.

Enterprise contracts follow the signed Master Service Agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. On termination, we will export your data on request and delete it within 90 days.

We may terminate immediately for non-payment more than 30 days overdue, or for material breach not cured within 14 days.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect and consequential damages, including lost revenue arising from production incidents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolve in the courts of London.
